Vowel Movement is a free-to-play, browser-based multiplayer word and numbers game. The Service is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. No real money or items of value are involved.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. The "8 Out of 10 Cats" game mode contains strong language and adult humour — this mode is intended for users aged 18 and over.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the game or its servers
  • Use offensive or inappropriate usernames
  • Interfere with other players' enjoyment of the game
  • Attempt to circumvent anti-cheat protections

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design of the Service are the property of the Service operator. Any resemblance to long-running teatime quiz shows is purely coincidental and intended as parody/homage.

6. Third-Party Services

The game uses trusted third-party services for hosting and anonymous analytics (Vercel and Google). Your use of the game is also subject to their respective terms.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
